I'm sure a lot of you are aware of the incident recently, where a Siberian tigress got out of its enclosure, attacked and killed a guy that was taunting it, then proceeded to hunt down the other two down, prior to being shot. Now, just so you know, this is my opinion. Flame me if you like, but don't bother trying to 'correct' my opinion. No snappy soundbite or quote will change it.
My opinion:
The idiots got what they deserved.
I'm sorry, but the amount of sympathy I have for the guys couldn't fill a pixel on your computer monitor. In fact, I have more sympathy for the tiger than I do the humans. If you think it's a fan-dabby-fabulous idea to get that close to the enclosure, after doing your best to get past the safeguards designed to prevent such a thing, and taunt a very large carnivorous feline, then you deserve to get eaten. I'm glad his stupid ass is removed from the gene pool. I'm not going to ask 'What were they thinking,' because I'm reasonably sure they weren't.
Sometimes I think the only reason our species has lasted this long is because the idiots end up killing themselves.
